For the past two days, all I have done is lay on the couch and watch tv. I mean seriously, I got up to go to the bathroom and managed to take a show today and go to the store (totally makeup free) to pick up hot dogs for dinner. Mike wanted that for dinner and he was in class, so I had to get out of the house and off my ass. Feeling just a bit guilty for doing nothing, but......I deserved it!
Now, off to work for the rest of the week!

Today was my day!!!
Thank you to all of my "peeps" for the love you sent today!!! I must say, I feel very sassy at 46!!! OMG!!!! WHO DID THAT....46...WTF!!!! I remember when my mom was 46...I thought she was old!!!!
I worked today (yeah for money), I had an awesome dinner my sweet husband made, and a cake from Dairy Queen!!!! YAY for fat ass me!!!! So, I feel guilty for eating so much, and vow to start doing better now that I am only 4 freakin years away from the big 50!
Brandy was the first to call me this early am, and my beautiful daughters and my Amber.....you all rock! Tomorrow my Brandy will pick me up in the morning and then we will meet my Amber for my birthday lunch!!!! yeah for gettin old with my bff's :-)

Tada!!!
Okay, if Amber can get an award for being the best blogger, then by golly-gosh, I am giving myself an award for being the worst! Raspberries to me!!!!!!!!!
I have been keeping busy helping my sweet husband build me a craft room in our loft. FINALLY FINISHED!!!! I started organizing my papers last night and got a lot done. Gonna try to finish that tonight and tomorow I will try to begin gathering up some things for the Scrapbooking Yard Sale next month!!!!! Then BUNCO tomorrow night. Thursday night, I get to show off the new craft room....not much to some, but to me it's amazing!!!! I have my very own little corner, in my own little room, I can do whatever I want to do!!! Not to mention that my sweet husband has mounted the handmade Harry Potter Nimbus 2000 broom and a wand over the doorway to this amazing littler space. WOW...then Friday night crop and clients in the morning, working Saturday, and Stingray hockey on Sunday with the grandbabies! Woohoo
Looking forward to luch with my Amber tomorrow and hopefully my Brandy can join us! I miss hanging out with my girls.

Worst Blogger EVER!!!
I always seem to forget that I have this blog page. I know when I visit my friends page and there is no updated....I get so dissapointed! I love the musings and the daily reality checks. Makes me see the lighter side of life sometimes.
Stay or go..... that's the pnidering question with my loving husband right now. He has 14 months left on active duty.....UNLESS...he makes the next rank. He has an opportunity this month and once again in December. If he does make it, then he will be able to stay for two more years giving him 26 years active duty! If he does make it, he has a chance of being reassigned somewhere else. We have talked about that too, and have a plan. Me and the dogs will go with him, and have Jeni and family stay here t our home until we come back and retire here in Summerville. If he doesn't make it....well, he is working on his resume as we speak. No matter what, he will be just fine, and we will be just fine too! I am hoping for a few more years active duty, he will get a better retirement the longer he is active duty. Besides, who the hell retires at 42 years old!!!!

Been a while...
I am the worst blogger ever!!!!! Just a little update...Mike was supposed to be home Tuesday (tomorrow) at 10:30 am....welllllll, thank to the bitch we call mother nature, he may not even make it home for Christmas :-(
I will be working on Chrismas day, so hopefuly I can spend some time with my mom on Christmas Eve. The house is coming together a little at a time, and hope to have it put back together by the time Mike gets home!!

Feeling a little Up and Down
First off, let me just say that I took my final test for my Cosmetology State Boards today!!!!!!! Now to wait for 7 to 10 days to see if that are gonna give me a license to whack off some hair!!!
Btw, have I mentioned that a few months after my sweet Michael bought me this lap top that my cat Pierre jumped up to lay on it and lost his footing and ripped off my letter a, s, z and the left shift key? Well, it is a giant pin in the ass to type now. Just wanted you to know that. I called about getting it fixed and they want to keep it for three weeks to fix it!! Well, I just can't have that, so I have been suffering along with a handicapped computer. So if there are missing letters here, please for give me.
Now for the downer.....While I was working so hard to make sure I got my state board haircut just right yesterday, my mom was at her doctors appointment with two of my sisters with her. She has been having a low blood count, so her doctor wanted her to have another endoscopy and a colonoscopy to see where the problem may be. So yesterday they did the endoscopy, and found the area of her stomach (upper GI) to be completely healed from the ginormous bleeding ulcer she had a few months ago!!!!! It was perfect! Then while performing the colonoscopy, he had a hard time seeing because her colon was not completely empty, even though she had drank all the liquids they prescribed the day before and did all the "cleaning out" they required. He said there was "mud and muck" obstructing his view and he was going to postpone the rest of the procedure until tomorrow (that would be today) to give the colon a chance to be completely ready. He proceeded a little further up the colon to the transverse colon and as he rounded the corner, he saw it.....a dark mass, the reason the "mud and muck" could not be completely cleared out. There was no room for it to pass around completely due to this "mass" or TUMOR! TUMOR....OMG, my mom has a freaking TUMOR!!! I pictured this awful thing in my head attacking the sweetest, most loving woman I have ever known. Can you imagine, I just spent the morning completing a state board practical exam and elated to be finished, and I call up mom to see how the test was that she was taking, and she calmly said "they found a TUMOR". My God, are you freaking kidding me here!!!! She was so non-chalant about it, and I was on the other end of the phone trying to absorb the words and digest what she said. All I kept thinking about was that this woman has been sick with so many different things this year, and she is NEVER sick!!!She is the healthiest 81 year old out there. Now some little bitty piece of shit TUMOR is attacking her little self. And with all the calmness that was there, she seemed unfazed, I was still and silent. SO, this is what I was told be the sisters, the thing is about 1 inch, and since mom is so tiny, she has plenty of colon to work with, and the doctor wants to do surgery ASAP to remove this necrotic (dead/dying) tissue. He feels very confident he can remove it and reattach the colon together and she will not need any chemotherapy or oncology at all. He said she is very strong and healthy, and a perfect candidate for this procedure. WHEW!!!!!! I feel better now!!! NOT 100% better, still freaking out here that mother has the "C" word. I am so sad that she has to go through this, but so happy that it can be fixed and she doesn't seem worried at all. MY MOMMA IS A ROCKSTAR!!!!!
I pray everyday that God will watch over my family and keep them safe, happy and healthy. I know he answers prayers, I have witnessed his miracles. I also know that everything happens for a reason, and I am so thankful that the doctor said that when he was going to stop the procedure, he kept going a little further because "God guided him there". Thank you God for your guidence, your love and your protection.

Exhausted!!!!
Wow am I glad this work week is over!!! I normally see anywhere from 3 to ten clients a week......this week....26!!!!!! WOW am I tired!!! Not so much from the work, but hauling my massage table up two and three flights of stairs for some outcalls. That damn thing was not that heavy before!!! I guess with this extra 30+ pounds it just feels heavier. No matter....I made up some for missing so much work over the last month or two.
I passed my written exam, now all I have to do is get through the practical Monday!!!
My reward for all of this....I am gonna go see Kathy Griffin tomorrow night!!!!

Life keeps going....
No matter what happens, life just keeps on going. Wether a baby is born, loved ones pass away, people move or you lose your job....life jus keeps on going as if nothing ever happened....at least in your little world.
I was supposed to be studying for my state boards today, but life happened and I eneded up taking almost 2 hours out of my day to deal with the bullshit this drunk driver has caused, but do you think he cares? HELL NO!!!!!

Accident Report
This is the van after a drunk driver hit my oldest daughter and grandsons! They are alright, but Jeni is very sore, gonna get worse before she gets better. I am thankful to GOD that they are alright. The other driver, born in 1958, white male, DRUNK, is now in jail where the bastard belongs!!! He was driving a 1985 El Camino, that's his tail light you see in the bottom left corner. We have a court date on November 12th at 3:30. The driver had no license, no tag, and the car was not even his. I am so angry that this man was swerving down the road and hit my babies! Get this, this son of a bitch was swerving, there were two drivers behind him on the phone with police dispatch reporting him right before he hit them, and they told the dispatcher that he just hit someone. OMG WTF!!!!!! This man needs to be beat!!! He hurt my family and he could have caused even more damage. I am so thankful to GOD that he is in jail!
